Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Be responsible to assist the Chief Site Manager for all construction works executed ensuring that effective co-ordination is maintained.
Control and ensure construction work to meet the planned schedule and goal by coordinating with site engineers and sub-contractor.
Manage the daily construction schedule by coordinating related departments and parties.
Ensure the construction material and quality based on the approved drawing and method of statement.
Manage allocation of manpower based on progress of work
Provide necessary advance guidance of signal installation work to the subcontractors before execution of work in order to make sure their preparation for work is good enough
Coordinate with subcontractor and take in-charge of site installation including technical and safety matters at site in order that the site work is performed in accordance with the construction design and safety standard;
Report daily, weekly, monthly progress to manager and relevant persons both internal and outside.
To coordinate and handle all on-site installation related matters for the project
Any other assistance for the principal to be assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

Civil engineering or Electrical engineering or related study background
More than 3 years working experience of Site Engineer
More than 2 years working experience of management or team leader
More than 3 years working experience in foreign-affiliated companies
More than 1 year working experience outside of Myanmar (i.e. Singapore, Japan)
Project Office location is Ywathargyi Office, East Dagon Township. Anyone who can work at Ywathargyi Office.
