Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Team in relation to day-to-day site supervision for architectural, builder's works, fitting out and maintenance works to the company's portfolio in Myanmar.
• Communicate with construction team to understand the goals, challenges, schedule and expectations of a project
• Examine materials used and workmanship employed in the architectural and building works including works manufactured / fabricated off-site as may be required, all in full compliance with the contract requirements, approved materials and method statement.
• Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standard is achieved (e.g. construction sequence, workmanship and health & safety, etc.).
• Monitor progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme.
• Coordinate with consultants, government departments, relevant organization and internal team members on project implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and the logistics and ensure the work progress meet schedule
• To lead the site team in ensuring that the installation team’s site documentation, materials, tools and equipment are readily available for each shift.
• Real time reporting to Management team.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experiences in architectural, builder's works, fitting out and maintenance works
• Degree qualified or Diploma in Engineering
• Extensive experience carrying out installation works and supervision of labour
• Must have at least 2 years working experience as Site supervisor
• Must have 3 years working experience in the same company
• Must have working experience in foreign country
• Prefer to have experience as assistant of site management
• Must be able to read construction drawings, read and modify Auto CAD 2D
• Must be conversational level in the English language
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
