  • .To assist in making master plan based on both of TNA and organization needs  to ensure  they can achieve the  organization's goals .        
  • .To design & develop effective customized training modules and materials which supports the improvement of overall business results.        
  • .To conduct the training programs by using updated training methologies(group discussion, lectures, audio and videos), online learning platforms and teaching aid.    
  • .To conduct Orientation Program for new comers to understand JO related knowledge if needed.        
  • .To perform ad-hoc assgined tasks and trainings when necessary from management requests        
  • .To collaborate with other departments and teams.        
  • .To Report directly to team leader        
  • .To be able to travel within Myanmar  to conduct the training if needed.        
  • .Understanding the trainees' behavior        
  • .Able to communicate and interact well with all levels in the orgainization        
  • .Ability to work as a team and willingness to learn.        
  • .Passion for Continuous Learning        
  • .Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions

  • Interpersonal Skill - able to facilate different kinds of audience
  • Facilitation Skills, MS office skills (Intermediate)
  • Presentation Skills
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate level)
  • Communication Skills 
  • Qualification in Business Administration or any other relavant subject  (Bachelor Degree & Above)
  • Little or no experience is accepted. 
  • Must have interest in conducting soft skills subjects
