The Software Developer (CRM) will design and build highly scalable systems within the Salesforce Ecosystem to support a broad range of digital tools in the areas of: Financial Inclusion, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Literacy. The candidate should be passionate about the economic and social empowerment of Myanmar people through technology.

Key Activities: The Software Developer (CRM) will manage the Salesforce platform for ONOW.  This includes Administrative oversight, Database management, Page Layouts, Automations and Flows.  These tools will integrate with existing ONOW Incubator and coaching program as well as digital tools.  This role must work within a cohesive team and high structured development processes are key. 

• Management of Salesforce administration, database and settings.

• Setup of Custom Objects and fields

• Creation and maintenance of process flows and triggers

• Creation of 3rd party API integrations

• Disciplined design and diagram mockup of user journeys

• Disciplined documentation of actions taken

• Coding of API integrations and internal Flows

PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY

Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP/CRM platform development

• Constantly Exploring and Learning, passionate about improving entire team

• Understanding of relational database design

• Values Data security and Quality Documentation

• Skillful in conducting needs assessments and mapping user journeys

• Clear engineering thinking for automation processes

• Organized and Detail oriented

• Optional: Past work experience in Salesforce Ecosystem or Salesforce Certificates

Skills Needed:

• Communication: Native Burmese, Strong English verbal and written

• Software Languages: Java, Javascript (APEX Optional), CSS, XML

• APIs and Webhooks

• SQL
