Design and execute systems to check for issues
Document test cases
Perform and document risk analysis
Record test progress and results
Code automated tests
Create test plans
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Discover bugs within software
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
Perform manual and automated testing
Research and analyze product features being tested
Research new tool, technologies, and testing processes
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT
Familiarity with Windows/Linux Servers, Microsoft .Net/Java development and deployment environments
SDLC and Agile methodology exposure
Knowledge of Software testing technologies
Basic understanding of RDBMS with My SQL/Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
Awareness of ISO 9001:2015, CMM Level 3/4/5
5 years’ experience in Software Testing
Experience in making Software Quality Plan, Test Report and test automation using Selenium will be be added advantage
Experience in Version Management, application deployment in Microsoft and Java environment and Jenkins will be an added advantage
