  • Develop and Implement sales & marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
  • Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients. 
  • Manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues, and pros and cons of various competing products or services. 
  • Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products is preferable.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or Business administration or related field. 
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development is required.
  • Proven sales & marketing experience in IT/Software Services, enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment and able to further structure sales processes. 
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Myanmar & English. 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
