Job Description

  • Delivers the carrier software system, commissions system functions, performs acceptance testing with customer, and supports system maintenance after the system goes live.
  • Handle service requests and implement configuration changes for software system.
  • Provide technical support and solution to customers, including troubleshooting, analyzing requirement and providing appropriate solution.
  • Documentation management and knowledge transfer, case study summary, customer training, system report collecting, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Engineering or IT related major, strong learning ability, able to adapt quickly to new environment
  • Be familiar with software test methodology and common software test tools.
  • Be fluent in English and good at reading and writing and willing to learn actively (our company will provide a good learning platform).
  • Linux operating system, database, shell scripting, programming language preferred.
  • Ability to take on important positions and work well with other team members
  • Good work attitude and willingness to work overtime, including holidays and 24 hours remote assistance and support
  • Experience in telecom software systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
