• At least 6 or 8 years of experience in Banking Software System and Software implementation field.• At least 3+ years of experience in Technical Management position at software company. • Understanding of Database system and Third Party Integration.• Technical Documents Preparation such as Test Script and Functional Specs• Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Willing to use new emerging techniques • Able to lead a team of developers • Must have multi-tasking ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure• Experience working with banks, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.• Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant• Good command of reading and writing of English is a must.
