Job Description

  • Responsible for handling different customers and be able to provide the technical solutions as per customer requirements
  • Act as the prime business relationship manager for the key business stakeholder for the portfolio (such as Datacom, Optical, Data Center Facilities, Storage etc.) you are accountable for
  • Responsibility for commercial sales strategies, key project operations, product competitiveness improvement, and industry influence
  • Being able to determine, and develop, the business value of any solution, and how it could be extended
  • Responsible to provide technical analysis for plan corrections to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws
  • Design processes to attain goals and target reporting metrics and KPI's.
  • Responsible to understand current industry trends and consumer insights

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Have knowledge in ICT products such as Datacom, Storage, Optical, Data center facilities
  • Intuitive to customer’s needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Self-motivated and passionate to serve the customers
  • Have positive attitude, trustworthy and good team player
  • Strong computer skills including word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command in English/Chinese language
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
