Research the design support materials
Search for reliable local/international suppliers and have a good knowledge about material usage.
Organize the material library
Stay Up to date and share updated information to the team
Working with suppliers & internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently & cost-efficiently.
Make Bill of Quantity & have good presentation skills.
Search for reliable local/international suppliers and have a good knowledge about material usage.
Must be able to time manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs during the duration of projects.
Maintain relationships with local & overseas suppliers.
Handle any/all documentation needed related to delivery by truck, ship, or air freight.

Job Requirements

Any diploma holder in architecture, interior design studies or equivalent.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar language.
Proficient in MS Office & presentation.
Be knowledgeable in interior design & construction.
Must be proactive & work independently.
Must be able to work under pressure
Ability to create multiple design solutions.
Must be able to time manage to meet deadlines
Fluency in the 4 skills of English is needed.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp
