Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Develop new menu opinions based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
-Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
-Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
-Resolve customer problems and concerns personally.
-Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
-Provide support to junior kitchen staffs with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
-Recruit and train new kitchen staffs to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
-Create schedules for kitchen staffs and evaluate their performance.
-Manage the kitchen team and calculating the meal courses with F&B Manager.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree (or) Any Certificates and Diploma in Culinary Arts.
-A minimum of 4 years' experience in relevant field.
-Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
-Good understanding of MS Office and Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work in Ngapali Beach, Rakhine State.
