Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Processing orders from Service Department
  • Checking stock levels and ordering and stocking required spare parts from a warehouse
  • Perform supply and demand forecasting to prevent overstocking and stockouts
  • Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed
  • Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
  • Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
  • Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.
  • Must be able to use inventory management software such as Zoho Inventory.

Job Requirements

  • AGTI, BE (Mechanical)
  • Must have a good relationship & good positive attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word, internet Email)
  • Excellent Communication skills & Customer Service skills.
  • Must be able to speak English
