- Identifying customer needs then provide accurate parts & price base on customer requirements.
- Supply corect parts as per parts requisition of service department and assistance to all customers.
- Spare parts sales and issuing sales invoice.
- Well know about parts sales objectives and meet the spare parts sales target
- Spare parts sourcing with external ventors and receiving the order and purchasing of required spare parts .
- Maintain Inventory data base list and control the stock level by excel
- Key in data of sales,stock in & out by using ERP software.
- Keep clean & tidy of spare parts warehouse.
- Making periodical stock taking & prepare annual calender for the same action.
- Assist spare parts manager and after sales service manager in parts procurement.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report and monthly closing stock balance report and parts purchase from local vendors report.
-Any other duties to support other departments or team from time to time are required to meet the needs of company.
