Senior Accountant
Job Description and Responsibilities
1.   Prepare PAR Analysis Report
2.   Prepare cash withdraw from bank for payable
3.   Prepare cash transfer to branches for disbursement
4.   Record daily journals in SQL Accounting Software
5.   Prepare daily payment schedule for ALCO meeting
6.   Checking internal audit finding in auditor software and reply.
7.   Checking payroll
8.   Prepare for payment of salary- (through KBZ ATM, Cash transfer)
9.   Print pay slip for Head Office
10.   Export pay slip and send to branch managers
11.   Record monthly journal

Account Receivable
Depreciation
Accrued Interest Expenses
Accrued Interest Income
Loan Loss Reserve
Exchange gain/loss on cash and bank balance

12.   Prepare Bank Reconciliation
13.   Assist the Chief Account in preparation financial report
14.   Checking FRD Report
   Collecting data from Operation Dept; HR Dept;
   Combination data
   Printing and get approval signature
   Sending (not later than 15th day of month)
15.   Assist External Audit
