Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Writing the System / Tech requirements and enhancements - BRD.
  • Estimating & Documenting Process Times at sub-Process levels. Estimating manpower/FTE reqd. 
  • Writing the Training Manual.
  • Identifying work space / work stations  for the manpower/FTE to be hired. Writing PARs.
  • Initiating process of Hiring FTE including Supervisors and Quality Staff and also managing HR matter.
  • Ordering PCs, Workstations, Equipment/Headsets, Tech/Call center Access and infrastructure. Long lead times. Also managing Finance, Tech, DPS.
  • Outlining Transition Plan for each Process migration.
  • Outline key MIS, Metrics.
  • Getting Quality Control people and processes in place. Implementing MIS/Metrics.
  • Rolling out Training (Process & Systems) to Hired People, Supervisors, Quality Staff and Staff Help Desk. 
  • Move to "Production". Transition Manager doubles as Supervisor, for a few months, till latter on board and trained / comfortable with Process.
  • Develop communication plans between interacting teams (eg Ticketing, Emails etc). Develop communication plans to Branch network and Staff Help Desk.
  • Develop plans for capturing and handling Customer complaints.
  • Production sign-offs from all stakeholders including Ops, Tech, Ops-Risk, L&C and relevant VCs.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in business management or equivalent.
  • Expertise in managing Risk in large scale Operations, including publishing internal control guidelines and building risk frameworks
  • Ability to work closely with and collaborate across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, vendors and third-party service providers
  • Proven ability to communicate well, with clear presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in conflict resolution, prioritisation and negotiations
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
