To check and update the information in KYC update and Booking data Sheet
To ensure that customers are satisfied with provided customer service
Monitor the KYC change process.
Support the bank side (Maker- Checker) for KYC change process
Ensure the effective communication between stakeholders [bank side (Maker-Checker), KBZPay side & KBZPay call center ]
Arrange floor plan for customer convenience (together with bank side)
To perform all of duties assigned by supervisor
To train staff regarding their individual needs for work operation.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory

Job Requirements
Accuracy on the process
To assist the Team Leader in coaching new customer service officers and may be required to work in a supervisory capacity in the Team Leader's absence
Strong experience on customer service
Good listening and communication skill
Clear communication skill
Taking responsibility
Patience
Team work
Resilience on dealing with unexpected complaints
At least one or two years experience of providing the service to the public
At least graduated with any specific majors
