Job Description

The Senior Legal Officer will work on documents including policies, procedures, project documents, contracts and agreements, terms and conditions to make sure the bank’s full legal rights.

Assist in preparing Monthly Report
Research some topic which is related to creating the documents
Assist in making the draft of Terms and Conditions for the new products
Update the Terms and Conditions based on given facts
Assist in updating precedents
Assist in reviewing the Agreements before executing the Agreements
Compare the Agreements old and new version once the other party gives their feedback
Interpret and draft Agreements and letters between Myanmar and English
Analyze on Myanmar laws, regulations and procedures while coordinating with the associated departments
Maintain the contracts data

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Law
Candidate must hold High Grade Pleader License
At least 3-5 year experiences in legal fields
Experience in legal consultancy service to the clients
Be a collaborative, team player by sharing insights and challenges with the team.
