Job Description

  • Manage and procure goods and services for business and ensure compliance with procurement policy and guideline.
  • Develop local operations strategy and Work Instruction for direct material for manufacturing supply, Engineering, Marketing to be aligned with OSP sourcing strategy and policy
  • Develop Procurement Policy and Procurement Guideline with controlling
  • Manage local operations for direct material supply to ensure on time delivery
  • Perform material budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis and controlling
  • Provide tools for process improvement and collaboration with functional team
  • Obtain the optimal balance between price, quality and service while maintaining responsibility to the economy, society and environment
  • Coordinate with OSP sourcing and Operations team in order to deliver the assigned projects 
  • Initiate and deliver projects with saving in amount as per appropriate target 
  • Create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ensure the products and services purchased are in high quality/specification
  • To perform other related duties as assign.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Myanmar
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency
  • Ability to work with cross functional team and in a cooperative manner
  • Result-oriented, team player mindset, good analysis and reporting skills
  • Good planning and organizing
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence individuals and team in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives
  • Proficient in MS Office. (Experience with SAP or D365 or ERP will be of advantage)
  • Able to work in Thilawa Economic Zone
