Job Description • Monitoring and instructing sales team employees in their day-to-day activities in the showroom.• Manage showroom environment & customer satisfaction.• Supervise sales supervisor and sales assistant.• Handle Customer Complaints and be able to solve an issue that may transaction on the ground from time to time.• Organize and coordinate sales man’s duty and delegation schedules.• Product knowledge training support.• Track daily, weekly, monthly and monthly performance and sales target evaluation, customer services.• Understand customer needs and want to offer solutions and support.• Showroom Stock management as control.• Communicate between the sales team and other team members.• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.

Job Requirements
Job Requirement• Any Graduated (or) Sales & marketing Diploma and certificate preferred.• At Least 4 years’ experience in the showroom field.• Age Between (25 to 35) years.• Good Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Word, Excel, etc.)• Strong leadership skills.• Must be able to travel locally.• 100% Responsibility & Accountability.
