A VCGMA of Planning and Special Projects will need to strategize and execute special projects for the business.  The candidate will need to have a deep understanding and foresights of business needs from all stakeholders and deliver those needs through new initiatives and grow them to be part of business as usual activities.

• Have a deep understanding of business direction and ongoing initiatives
• Track, evaluate, and report key matrixes and KPIs reflecting the business’ vision
• Plan out scenario and agendas for short and long term measurable goals of the businness
• Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor trends and strategic directions
• Share insights and learnings of the local, region, and global markets with senior management
• Lead a special project team to ideate, initiate, incubate, and handover strategic initiatives and partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor trends, and share insights and learnings across the analytics team

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years experience in project management and Business case oriented and Strategic sighted
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination
• Deep understanding of ecommerce growth and cost drivers
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
• Fluent English and Burmese language
