. Manage and oversee the entire accounting team• Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up• Manages the accounting team in day to day functional operations• Perform budgeting, cost tracking, monitoring and controls• Control the inventory level on hand by volume & value and submit monthly reports to management• Maintaining accounting structures and improvements by business units based on company requirements• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries• Handle timely taxation matters and annual auditing reports• Directly report to Top Management• Prepare ad-hoc reports and other tasks as may be reasonably requested by management

Job Requirements
• B.Com or any other degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Account• Min 4 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in F&B and Import & Export is preferred• Must have Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels• Must have good communication in English skill• Must have good management and strong leadership skill
