• The daily entry and exit must be carefully recorded.

• Once a week / once a month Ground Stock must be counted and reported to the Operation Team and Finance Team.

• Must be able to register Stock Out, Stock in lists.

• Inventory Adjustment must be done weekly and monthly to always re-audit physical stock and system stock.

• Good relationship with the suppliers who drop off the goods. Must carefully inspect the items that have been dropped off.

• AR department responsibilities must also work.

• တစ်နေ့တာ ပစ္စည်းအဝင်အထွက်များကို သေချာစွာ စာရင်းသွင်းပေးရမည်။
• တစ်ပတ်တစ်ကြိမ်/ တစ်လတစ်ကြိမ် Ground Stock စာရင်းကောက် ပြီး Operation Team and Finance Team များကို report ပိုပေးရမည်။
• Stock Out, Stock in စာရင်းများကို သေချာ စာရင်းသွင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
