- Ensure all the items received and delivered are correct in terms of quantity, quality and right item at the right quoted price.
- All items must be checked upon receiving visually and through proper weighing process and invoice comparison against original purchase requisition form.
- All received items must be attached with proper Purchase Order form with respective authorized signature.
- Rejecting and returning incorrect items immediately after informing purchasing office and respective departments.
- Organizing and storing received goods in appropriate areas and ask respective department to collect their goods on time.
- Communicating with purchasing sections regarding to delays or problems.
- Maintaining updated records of orders and delivery details etc.
- Updating daily received inventory by the end of the day and submit to Head of Department for cost analysis purpose.
- Working with cost controller for stock taking at the end of the month.
- Following up with store keeper regularly, supervising Transfers and Issues, and update a monthly store report by the end of the month.

- Must have at least three years of previous warehouse/ store receiving experience.
- Prefer to have a bachelor degree.
- Must have a good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good understanding of food safety and warehouse safety regulations.
- Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be attentive to details and have a disciplined personality.
- Must be able to work as a team as well as independently.
