  • Site ရှိအတိုအထွာပစ္စည်းများအား လုပ်ငန်းသုံးပစ္စည်းအဖြစ်ရရှိအောင် ကြိုတင်စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ထားရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Site သို့အခြားနေရာမှ ပေးပို့လာသော ပစ္စည်းများအား စနစ်တကျ တိုင်းတာလက်ခံ မှတ်တမ်းတင်၍ စာရင်းဇယား ပြုလုပ်ထားရှိရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ် စတိုအတွင်းသို့ ပစ္စည်းများဝင်ခြင်း၊စတိုအတွင်းပစ္စည်းများထုတ်ခြင်းအတွက် Entry & Issued Register လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Store Ledger တွင်းသို့ ပစ္စည်းအဝင်/အထွက် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းများမှန်ကန်မှုရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ်Siteနှင့်ရုံးချုပ် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပို့ခြင်း။း လိုအပ်သလို စတိုအတွင်းသို့ ပစ္စည်းများသယ်ယူထုတ်ပိုး နေရာချထားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အလုပ်ဆင်းချိန်၌ နေ့စဉ်ထုတ်ပြီးပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်များအားစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ လယ်ဂျာစာရင်းများ ရေးသွင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အရေးပေါ်ပြေးလမ်းကြောင်းများ ကြိုတင်စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးထားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လေဘာများ အလုပ်လုပ်ခြင်းနှင့်ပက်သက်ပြီး လိုအပ်ချက်များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
