Position Purpose / Context

Support the Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability team in executing projects and programs related to strategic engagement. Key projects will range from supporting the community sponsorship requests (i.e., beverage donations), translation support, corporate communications related to engagement programs and other areas as needed

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Support in mapping of stakeholders and the planning, implementation and evaluation of Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages Myanmar’s internal and external engagement programs and activities as appropriate. Assist in coordinating requests, such as donation of Coca-Cola products for events, and other sponsorship requests by existing and new stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Help build and maintain the sustained communications with external and internal stakeholders and local communities to ensure the implementation of programs and activities.
• Support in planning, content creation and amplication of the company’s profile, branding and engagement programs and activities on social media platforms.
• Prepare timely reports to update local and global Coca-Cola managment of the activities of the engagement part of the PACS function.
• Provide financial and administrative support for the PACS function
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years' experience
• University/Bachelor’s Degree with focus on business, communications or PR
• Communications, PR and event management
