Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

In charge of the marketing plan, and the fidelity program on all the platform (DTT, DTH, OTT).

He/she will manage the marketing team and will work closely with Paris team to :

  • Deployment of consumer action plans for the subscriber base and force of proposal
  • Analysis of renewal campaigns
  • Training relay / Information on offers, highlights, promotions and other renewal schemes with sales teams (own network and partner)
  • Deployment of payment methods (mobile payment / direct debit etc ...)
  • Prospecting, creation, monitoring and animation of charging points
  • Efficient credit supply to recharge points
  • Control and update of the point of sale / charging point renewal POS in coordination with the communication department and the sales teams
  • Collection, processing, and dissemination of competitive intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • Above 5  years in related field
  • Appetite for the Pay TV sector of subscription issues
  • Strong analytical skills (excellent knowledge of Excel)
  • Strong interest / curiosity for the Asian continent and our activities
  • Strong client orientation, creativity, proactivity, rigor
  • Excellent communication skills, personal organizational skills, including time management, and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
