- Work under the Project Site Design Team and Lead a team of Design Engineers.- Coordinate with foreign and local consultants for all design matters.- Coordinate with contractors and in-house design team to solve the routine site problems.- Negotiate and trace the Local Authorities’ approval status on all design matters.- Monitor the design development status and ensure can cope with the construction progress at site.- Carry out design for permanent works/temporary works according to MNBC for submission to CQHP/YCDC.- Manage site investigation design and supervision.- Coordinate and review Foundation design/ Pilling design/ ELS design.- Possess expert knowledge on Structural software such as ETAP and SAFE for checking consultant’s works.

Job Requirements
- Should be a degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineers- Good Technical background with minimum 15 ~ 20 years of solid design experience in Building Structure- Familiar with the current design software such as Etabs and SAFE- PE (Structure) is preferable and familiar with the current MNBC code and CQHP requirements- Familiar with the current submission procedures and requirements from different local Authorities- Good project management experience and can lead a team of design engineers- Willing to work hard and can work under pressure- Good communication skill and good in English
