  • Coordinate with other consultants such as designers, architect, drafter and related departments.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and manage deadline.
  • Field inspection if necessary.
  • Inspect building to assess their structural integrity.
  • Advice on building repairs on demolition.
  • Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, verify project area.
  • Work with designers to support construction plans and blueprints.
  • Analyze building behavior over time.
  • Perform tasks to support office function.
  • Prepare reports, designs and drawings
  • Advise suitable materials for a build.
  • Organize, draft and coordinate for technical documents.
  • Calculate loads and stresses on structural foundations, beams and walls.
  • Use computer modeling simulations to predict how the structure will act under varying conditions.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Civil)
  • Minimum 3.5 years in structure drafter.
  • Must have general knowledge of structure design concept, standard & regulation.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD.
  • Well understanding of structure detail and check structure drawing with Architect drawing.
  • Able to create working structure detailing drawing for construction, based on rough sketches, specification & calculation from structure designer.
