Job Description

  • Manages, develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment plan that involves effective prospective student management, targeted recruitment efforts delivery, effectively enrolling prospective students.
  • Initiates strategies for student success and retention; educates students and parents regarding various pathways to higher education.
  • Visits high schools, private/boarding schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual students, and meets with school counsellors and administrators to promote our University's Programme courses
  • Systematically gather market and competitor information and conduct market research.
  • Organizes and implements all aspects of campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls.
  • Supervises assigned staff, including hiring, work assignments, performance management and evaluations, process workflows, training and problem resolution
  • Provides leadership to the recruitment team; develops and oversees recruitment strategies, annual recruitment goals and objectives, and outreach events in support of the university’s strategic plan
  • Researches and utilizes data and recruitment tools to select prospective populations to target for marketing and recruitment messaging.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder or MBA degree holder is preferred.
  • Three years’ work experience in related field.
  • Experience in education sector.
  • Experience in a similar role an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A friendly professional manner and appearance.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ambitious and results orientated.
