Job Description:

  • Prepare the Quantity Survey and material schedule, Material indent, Bill payment
  • Tender & Quotation, comparison, coordination to subcontractor.
  • Tender & Quotation submission, coordination to client.
  • Prepare the process of selection and approval of materials/ fittings/ fixtures by Consultants is in accordance with the Contract Drawing and Specification including warranty requirements.
  • Prepare for the clarifications from Drawings for Variation Order.
  • Site visits, assessments and projections for future project.
  • Good communication to all departments.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • ME, BE, B.Tech, AGTI(Civil)
  • At least (4) years experience in related field.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office.
  • Assist for the preparation of contract documents including details regarding quantities of required materials (BOQ).
  • File documents in accordance to ISO filing system.
