1.Analyze Internet traffic trend, IP transit quality, CDN deployment, IP peering establishment and other Internet related projects.
2.To support the construction of IP Transit, IP Peering, CDN Deployment and other Internet related projects.
3.To monitor the condition of Upstream network; reliability, latency, availability and plan to improve network quality to fulfill customer satisfaction.
4.To calculate traffic growth rate, revenue of commercial network and plan for project development with cost effective and proper investment plan.
5.To deal with regional team and prepare related documents for self-implementation.
6.To deal with external vendor to control project timeline and target date.
7.Responsible for network equipment ordering and technical validation of quotations.
