Job Description

  1. Manage sales team for daily activities, pharmacy relation and reporting
  2. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly route plan and progress report.
  3.  Responsible for leading sales team members to achieve sales targets
  4. Competitor Survey and Check Competitor Activates.
  5. Responsible to check the product placement and outlet expansions
  6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing strong relationships with customers.
  7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and follow up customer issues.
  8. Responsible for sales data, sales achievement and report to National Sales Manager, including sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns.
  9. Excellent communication skills with all the wholesale and retail outlets.
  10. Ensuring sales and KPIs reports submission timely and hit to sales target monthly 
  11. Conducts daily operation review with sales representatives 
  12. Assist to sales manager and responsible to develop sales channels.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with diploma in sales & sales management
  • Over (5) years experiences in sales & marketing field
  • Must have experiences in pharmaceutical field.
  • Age between (28 to 35) years
  • Perfect in computer skill and excellent interpersonal and communication skills                        
  • Must have sales experience and responsible to develop sales channels.
  • Taking Accountability and responsibility to achieve the sales targets
