Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Prepare and dealing for local purchasing orders, sales contracts validation and invoice validation.
  2. Assist in preparation documentation for ISO.
  3. Monitor the inventory level of raw, packaging and carton boxes weekly and report to Supply Chain Manager.
  4. Monitor the expiry date of raw materials and report to Supply Chain Manager.
  5. Finding the competitive Suppliers for new project and cost down projects.
  6. Supervise to input data into ERP properly.
  7. To prepare weekly and monthly report.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree
  2. Must have basic knowledge for inventory planning.
  3. Prefer knowledge on administrative.
  4. 2 years and above of experience in Planning and Procurement field.
  5. Willing to travel in local area
