An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols
  • Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
  • Forecast Production base on Sales Forecast and create supply plans that ensure availability of products.
  • Understand monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned.
  •  Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports
  • Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers/ Government Officials
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
  • Evaluate monthly report and proper action plan with high/low stocks.
  • Design procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, (such as sales & marketing, finance, quality assurance, and Procurement and logistics solutions).
  • Establish government relations.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any sector (Supply Chain related will more preferable).
  • Minimum 3 years in Management role and over 7 years in Supply Chain field.
  • (Must be understanding of Procurement process, Warehouse Procedure & Management, Logistics process, Shipment & Inventory, International Payment Procedure & Method)
  • Well know F&B logistic and import procedures
  • Fluently in English (4 skills)
  • Advance level in Microsoft Excel
  • Good Presentation and communication skill.
  • Good Team Player and good leader
