Job Description

      • Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy
      • Determine key supply chain KPIs
      • Analise data from procurement to delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
      • Finding the most cost effective solutions for supply chain processes
      • Warehousing and storage duties in preparation for site- specific program and shipment
      • Oversee customer based queues , plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
      • Tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered
      • Ensure materials are appropriately stored
      • Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply
      • Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
      • Prepare monthly property inventory and provide other reports
      • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

Job Requirements

  • Male
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 5years working experience with knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Computer skills of MS office application and logistics software is necessary.
  • Analytical skill and communication skill
  • Interpersonal skill : good relationship with the work team and clients
  • Client orientation is essential: customer focus attitude to align with quality of customer service.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing work requirements, overtime and extended hour if needed.
  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
