Key Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain and warehouse strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.  

Planning and Analysis

• Forecast Production base on Sales Forecast and create supply plans that ensure availability of raw or products.
• Create operation plans (Materials planning, WH capacity Planning, Production planning and Purchase planning) base on demand forecast.
• Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations in order to meet forecast orders and meet customer demands.
• Understand monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned.
• Actively Participate in QC Implementation of procurement process.

• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

Inventory Control

• Work with sales, procurement, production, distribution and Warehouse teams
• Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for raw & finished products.
• Manage and set-up the Material Master data properly.
• Plan, organize, lead and control the daily operational tasks
• Control warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Evaluate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials
• Evaluate monthly report and proper action plan with high/low stocks.

Management

• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
• Evaluate monthly report and proper action plan with high/low stocks.
• Design procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales & marketing, finance, production, quality assurance, Warehouse, Procurement, distribution and logistics solutions.
• To improve service quality, employee efficiency, equipment performance and interdepartmental communication.
• Liaise between Thailand side (planning and procurement), customer, Third Party logistic service provider accordingly

• Must be overall working experience is at least (10) years and minimum (3) years as Managerial Role.
• Mu be a Good Team Player and good leader
• Good Presentation and communication skill
• Excellent MS Office package skill
• Minimum Graduate Degree and Master Degree and MBA is highly preferred
• Must be understanding of Procurement process, Warehouse Procedure & Management, Logistics process, Shippment & Inventory, International Payment Procedure & Method
