On behalf of our Client, a well-known bakery and cake maker, we are looking for a: Supply Chain Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs sourcing the variety of products from oversea and local
• Conducts shipment arrangement
• Manages documentation process of supply chain department
• Performs FDA application process and damage claim process
• Deals and checks third party activities of clearance processes
• Finds cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Estimates actual landed cost calculations
• Monthly report to General Manager and Board of Directors
• Monitors inventory movement and logistic system
• Checks monthly stock report from inventory controller
• Reviews inventory availability, expiry, damage and usage from stock controller report
• Double check manual stock count with both software closing and excel file closing stock (by monthly)
• Creates PO and supervises labelling in Myanmar language for some products
• Performs delivery truck usage time arrangement with operations
• Solves problems from the supply chain team operations
• Collaborates with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

Job Requirements

• University degree in any major subject
• Having diploma in supply chain management is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in food & beverage and foodstuff distribution field
• Having a positive working attitude, hands-on experience and hard-working
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent command of English Language
