About the Job: The Supply Chain Officer, reporting to Supply Chain Manager, is primarily responsible for operation of all the supply chain and logistics processes including of import clearance and main warehouse inventory transportation and records.

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in preparation and delivery of required documentations and paper works when dealing with the logistics and importation processes.
• Arrange all the stock issues from the main warehouse to distributors and sub-warehouses in a timely manner by ensuring all the required documentations are received and provided.  
• Ensure to input the inventory data on time into the SAP system with the accurate batch number and expired date.
• Prepare the necessary financial related paper works to ensure on-time payment to the suppliers, third-party agencies, bank fees, and any other costs related to the supply chain.
• Be aware of all updated and new changes in regulations and keep the Supply Chain Manager informed of them.
• Keep all the supply chain related contracts, official licenses, and documents in a systematic order.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

• University Degree in any disciplines. (Prefer to have professional certificate or diploma in Supply Chain Management.)
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in related fields.
• Hands-on experience in Inventory module of SAP software will be an asset.
• Comprehensive understanding of current supply chain procedures and protocols
• Ability to use standard office related software (especially MS Excel, Word and other google services)
• Accuracy, Attention to detail and Commitment are very much needed.
• Good Interpersonal skill, negotiation and coordination skills are required.
• Good command of writing and speaking in both English and Myanmar languages
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally if needed.
• Positive attitude towards sexual health and modern contraceptives.
