Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. To take over benchmark coordinate and high level from the client.
2. To transfer the benchmark coordinate to the construction contractors and coordinates to check lot lines.
3. To coordinate with QA / QC to check soft drawings, execution methods of the related work.
4. To ensure the quality according to the Technical specification, Vietnam standards as the scope of work.
5. To monitor and supervise the construction work on site as below:
a. To instruct the Contractor performing all necessary steps to implement exactly according to the approved drawings.
b. Monitoring the displacement of diaphragm wall, subsidence and tilt of the projects and the neighboring buildings which may be affected by the construction work
c. Check the safety net
d. In the structural phase: positioning the piles, foundations, beams, floors, columns, ramps, stairs, .... (For formwork and others works after concreting).
e. In the finishing phase: positioning masonry wall, facades, infrastructure, …
f. As build drawing preparation
6. To handover benchmark coordinate and high level to the Client after handing over for using.
7. Ensure the safety on site.
8. Strictly follow all the regulation of safety on site.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of a bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering
2. + 5 years’ experience on high-rise building, most preferably on finishing stage, and infrastructure projects with strong commitment.
3. Able to use Auto CAD and survey related tools and software
4. Team work, cooperation, collaboration, support in teamwork in order to complete works
5. Good level English speaking and writing
6. Perform work under pressure
7. Experienced working with Vietnamese company is a plus.
