Duties and Responsibilities 
-    Developing growth strategies and plans 
-    Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients 
-    Increasing client base 
-    Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
-    Writing business proposals 
-    Negotiating with stakeholders
-    Identifying and mapping business strengths and customers needs 
-    Researching business opportunities and viable income streams 
-    Following industry trends locally and internationally 
-    Drafting and reviewing contracts 
-    Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
-    Lead and further develop Digital Banking’s Business Development endeavors around our MAB Mobile products by engaging in distribution partnerships and other

     strategic alliances 
-    Scale the B2B2C-distribution channel and build up value proposition by partnering with Payment Service Providers, major offline retailers and online e-commerce

     merchants 
-    Grow the relationship strategic partners and develop joint and cooperation business models 
-    Identify and exploit growth opportunities in major market segments 

Requirements
-     Bachelor degree specializing in Business Development, Banking and Finance (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
-     Have at least 8 year of working experience in Banking Operations with at least 6 years in a senior role in Business Development within a Bank 
-     Have experience in building and scaling Business Development teams including setting up infrastructure, team, processes and sales controlling;
-     Ability to plan & prepare the strategy and annual budget requirements for the department;
-     Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill, negotiation and communication skill
-     Positive thinking and enthusiasm
-     Willingness to learn and work in the challenging environment
-     Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
-     Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in English
-     Myanmar Nationality Only
