Job Purpose

System Analyst is responsible in analysis, design, development, testing and support existing /new MIS Applications to improve business productivity and efficiency as well as business strategies and goals. The role is to identify and translate business requirements into technical requirements/ functional specifications mainly focus on MIS Reports. System analyst also has to perform data processing, validation, cleaning and migrations of new/existing programs. In addition, he/she needs to participate in MIS related new system integration, implementation, testing and training.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Design, development and testing of new features of existing/new applications
- Develop various MIS reports upon business requirements
- Control solution by establishing specifications coordinating production with application developers
- Create system related documentations and user manuals
- Serve as a lead personnel of in-house program development
- Explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Work closely with internal departments, end users to ensure technical compatibility
- Conduct requirement analysis and feasibility study for modified or replacement system applications
- Support all aspects of MIS
- Deliver MIS training for new staffs/ new system features
- Able to travel if require

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

- Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualification
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience in software development
- Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, MSSQL, Crystal Report or other reporting tools
- Extensive understanding of OOP concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially word and excel
- Preferably, familiar with excel VBA programming
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Good in English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing and understanding)
- Good Interpersonal skill and teamwork
- Able to think outside the box
- Able to lead development team
- Possess ‘Can do’ Attitude
