  • Helping in documentaion and complaint escalation process from staff regarding ICT issues through helpdesk system.
  • Help and escalate as needed regarding software and hardware problems raised by staff.
  • Good attitude and professional communication must be maintained.
  • User meetings and collection of feedbacks.
  • Arranging system advancement sections or prblems/solutions sections with concerned stakeholders.
  • Help in Business Process mapping.
  • Coordinating system changes/fixes with inhouse or third-party programmers.
  • Validation and getting approval documents from end users.
  • Documentation of system related processes, manuals, instructions and policies.
  • Any assign test regarding new projects.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate 
  • Fresh medical graduates with the ambition to become expert in Healthcare Technology field are also welcomed.
  • Experience in IT related fields is preferred with good analystical skills
