• To work with various teams from infrastructure, application support teams, project teams and business users to ensure system availability and running at optimal performance level
• Coordinate and perform testing activities such as regression, load, performance, integration and acceptance testing
• Assist in maintaining software documentation which is including test plan, test procedures, test report, maintenance manual, and user manual
• Implement and support information systems to meet the business needs of our organizations and scale as our organizations grow
• Provide administration and support services for all  systems and software releases
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements on time
• Analyse and create tests, and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow
• Proven experience with optimization, troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques
• Responsible for ensuring SLA availability and performance of the .NET Applications
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degrees/experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software development and maintenance support

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Development skillset in Microsoft technologies
• Ability to work with software development tools and best practices
• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
• Have positive attitude to meet new challenges, strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Proven experience to manage a team of developers and vendors in ensuring timely delivery of system enhancement of varying scales
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced start up culture with minimal hand-holding and under pressure
• Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft project
