Job Description

Purpose of Job
Assist the senior and support the IT team.
Provide IT support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Descriptions
•    Perform routine maintenance of individual computers and other network devices and equipment per plan outlined by the IT department.
•    Identifies and addresses technical problems (including installation, repair and system integrity) in computers, printers and other related equipment
•    Installs, Configures, upgrades, maintains and troubleshoots end user computers and peripherals
•    Maintains logs, records and user documentation procedures on computer assistance provided, computer settings
•    Test, learn and evaluate applications software and hardware
•    Replacement Plan as directed by Senior and Manager
•    Assists senior System/Network Administrator as needed in other areas which may include tasks such as computer network issues, telephone issues, purchasing, research, data backup system tasks, system maintenance, and relocation of equipment.
•    Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
•    Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
•    Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
•    Prepare accurate and timely reports
•    Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
•    Maintain jovial relationships with clients
•    Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions and increase the probability that future problems can be researched to see historical resolutions and minimize down time.
•    Support company's document imaging system including scanner maintenance and system access.
•    Provide network infrastructure support for both LAN and WAN networks.
•    Makes recommendations for computer hardware upgrades or repairs.
•    Manage software maintenance and upgrades and the setup on new hardware including cabling and labelling.

Job Requirements

•    A graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields preferred.
•    Minimum experience of (2) years in IT fields
•    Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
•    Extensive knowledge of computer systems.
•    Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
•    Good problem-solving skills.
•    Good troubleshooting skills for computer
