  1. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  2. Install, configure, test, and maintain operation systems, application software and system management tools. 
  3. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  4. Ability to Install, Configure, Managed for Microsoft solutions such as Windows Server, Office 365, Web Server configuration. 
  5. Good Knowledge in VMware, Storage, AWS (infra), Linux, Windows, Security, SQL Database, and other system infrastructure technologies. 
  6. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. 
  7. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. 
  8. Provide 1st and 2nd level support. 
  9. Knowledge in documentation and SOP. 
  10. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Information Technology, Information   Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT equivalent. 
  2. Minimum of 2 years in System Engineer field.
  3. Solid background in System Administration and Troubleshooting (VMware, Storage, Windows, and Linux).
  4. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and O365 Suite. 
  5. Experience with system security and   system compliance.
  6. Experience with system Integration with Business Application such as Odoo, ERP and CRM. 
  7. Experience with System Monitoring and troubleshooting. 
  8. Prefer candidate with VMware, RHCSA, AWS certification.
