· Lead communication with Senior Management, Head of Divisions, and Internal stakeholders to analyze human resource requirements to support strategic talent management matters in line with business needs
· Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer)
· Oversee all group-wide talent acquisition activities
· Develop appropriate strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire
· Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
· Create job vacancies on social medias and job portals
· Prescreen the candidates and conducts job interviews
· Prepare offer letters to finalized candidates and expat candidates
· Reports to the Senior Management of the overall performance of the recruitment processes
· Lead the talent acquisition team for achieved targeted timeline and goals
· Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly reports to Management
· Develop, initiate effective talent management programs with group Training and Development Team and Entities to identify and groom individuals for important positions for purpose of retaining talents
· Acting as HR Lead for in-progress recruitment system digitization implementation
