• Lead communication with Senior Management, Head of Divisions and Internal stakeholders to analyze human resource requirements to support strategic talent management matters in line with business needs
• Lead interview processes for Senior Management positions
• Lead in all internal and external talent acquisition management across the group.
• To develop recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in agreed timeline
• Plan and lead for the selection of the right recruitment sources (using the guidelines defined in the strategic recruitment processes),
prescreens the job candidates and conducts the job interview
• Guide in Posting job vacancies on social medias and job portals.
• Coordinate and liaise using outside recruiting agencies, plan manpower for job fairs and college career fairs,
as well as selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process smoothly.
• Coordinating with external agencies to find the best candidate for the organization
• Lead interview processes for Senior Management positions
• Prepares offer letter to selected Senior Management positions and Expats type of candidates
• Reports to the Senior Management of the overall performance of the recruiting
• Lead communicating with Expats type of candidates for signing Employment Contract.
• Assist in checking references and job offers and preparing contracts for senior positions.
• Lead the talent acquisition team for achieved targeted timeline and goals.
• Manage internal job movements
• Other duties assigned by related management schedule
• Plan and prepare reports to Management
