  • Partners Acquisition: managing recruiting-related activities of KBZMS Partners
  • Client Experience: Manage & cooperate with Liaison Officers for the cases related to high network individuals and corporates.
  • Event Management: Manage all events related with the KBZMS Partners channel. Ensure that all events are planned and staffed appropriately
  • Training & Development: Manage the development and certifications processes for KBZMS Partners. Provide opportunities to elevate their skills whenever possible
  • Coordination: coordinate with internal departments for activities related to training and business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any)
  • Other related Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related fields
  • Proficient in written & spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills and e-mail & internet using
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under circumstances
  • Willing to learn insurance knowledge
  • Efficient effort to carry out duties
