Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Need to source the candidates from the various recruiting agencies and the ads posted online.
•    Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
•    Provides new employee orientation program
•    Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
•    Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
•    Develops new/revised job descriptions with related managers
•    Should be responsible for updating and drafting important documents such as job descriptions, Employee Handbook, forms, SOP, performance appraisal.
•    Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
•    Identify and establish performance standards
•    Monitors and tracks the status of employee performance appraisals ensuring timely completion
by all employees/managers within the established deadlines
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems 
•    Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office 
•    Strong quantitative and analytical, negotiation and communication skills 
•    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•    Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
•    Plan, schedule, arrange and run HR related events

Any graduate
•    Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
•    At least 5 years’ experience in retail field.
•    Age under 35 years old
•    Knowledge of local compensation and benefits, labor laws
