Team Lead- Document/Employment Verification (Mdy)

The role holder is responsible to supervise the operation team.
Check the rejected loans submitted by Document and Employment Verification Officers.
∙ Make exceptional list for well-known Companies
∙ Analyze the applications (In Progress) and focus on the loans that are in good status.
∙ Check the salary verification stage if the salary is not the same which the customer submitted in the system
∙ Assign the cases to the staff in the system.
∙ Prepared, rejected reasons and sent to the call center.
∙ Work with team members to find ways of reaching to get the defined target.
∙ Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to Operation Manager.
B.com, or other relevant qualifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and good problem-solving attitude. Good English four skills
Proven work experience as an operation manager (3+ years of experience in a related area).
